Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lotto Sage (로또도사) mobile application (the "App") provided by Suki App Studio ("we", "us"). By accepting these Terms on the App's first screen and using the App, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you are at least 19 years old. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What the App is
The App is an entertainment and reference service for people who enjoy the Korean Lotto 6/45 and Pension Lottery 720+. It shows past draw results and statistics, checks your tickets, generates numbers by chance, filters, statistics, dreams, fortunes and other playful methods, and shows information about stores that sold winning tickets.
2. Unofficial app
The App is an independent, unofficial app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Donghaeng Lottery Co., Ltd. (동행복권), the Lottery Commission (복권위원회) of the Korean government, or any other lottery operator or public body. Lotto 6/45 and Pension Lottery 720+ are the names of lottery products; these names and any related marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe what the App's information refers to.
3. No better chance of winning
Lottery draws are random, and each draw is independent of earlier draws. Every combination of six numbers has exactly the same chance of winning the first prize: 1 in 8,145,060 per game. Numbers that the App generates, recommends or analyses, or derives from dreams, birth dates, names, zodiac signs, tarot or other fortunes, do not increase your chance of winning and are not predictions. Statistics describe past draws only. Nothing in the App is a promise or guarantee of any result.
4. Draw results and other information
Draw results, prize amounts, winning-store data and other lottery information in the App come from public sources, mainly the website of the lottery operator (dhlottery.co.kr), and are collected, converted and stored automatically. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and a ticket check, including a QR scan, may misread a ticket. Before you claim a prize or throw away a ticket, always confirm the result with the lottery operator (dhlottery.co.kr) or at a lottery retailer. The prize calculator gives estimates under general Korean tax rules and is not tax advice. Claim rules and deadlines shown in the App are summaries; the rules of the lottery operator and the law prevail.
5. No ticket sales or purchase services
The App does not sell lottery tickets, does not buy tickets on your behalf, does not act as a purchase agent or broker, and does not arrange or settle joint purchases. Under the Korean Lottery Act (복권 및 복권기금법), only authorised sellers may sell lottery tickets, and buying tickets for others for profit or brokering their sale is prohibited. The App has no payment or deposit function, does not let you bet on draw results and offers no prize of its own.
6. Who may use the App
You must be at least 19 years old, or the age at which you may legally buy lottery tickets in your country if that is higher. In the Republic of Korea lottery tickets may not be sold to anyone under 19.
7. Play responsibly
Buy lottery tickets only with money you can afford to lose, and decide your budget in advance. You alone are responsible for your purchases. The lottery is not a way to make money or to win back losses. 8. Advertising
The App is free and funded by advertising delivered by Google AdMob. A banner advertisement is shown at the bottom of most screens. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements and are not responsible for the products or services they promote.
9. Your data
Your saved numbers, tickets and settings are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data deletes them, and we cannot restore them; use the backup function in Settings if you want a copy. The Privacy Policy explains what is processed.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the App for unlawful purposes, including selling tickets, acting as a purchase agent or organising joint purchases; present the App's numbers or statistics to others as a winning method or as a paid prediction service; interfere with or bypass the advertising or any security feature; place an excessive automated load on the App's data sources; or reverse engineer the App except where the law permits it.
11. Intellectual property
The App's software, design, texts, dream and fortune content and other original content are owned by us or our licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Public draw results are facts; third-party product names and trademarks belong to their owners. This licence ends when you stop using the App or breach these Terms.
12. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the App or its information will be accurate, complete, up to date, uninterrupted or error-free. Any decision to buy, keep, claim or throw away a ticket is yours alone.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on draw results, ticket checks, prize calculations, generated numbers or other information in the App, including a missed claim deadline or a winning ticket that was thrown away. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
14. Changes and termination
We may update the App or these Terms. Material changes will be announced inside the App or on its store page before they take effect. We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from these Terms or the App are subject to the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
