Suki App Studio

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-10-19

Suki App Studio ("we", "us") is the controller of personal information processed through the Lotto Sage (로또도사) mobile application (the "App"). This policy explains what is processed, why, and what choices you have.

1. Summary

The App has no user accounts and we do not run our own servers for it. Your saved numbers, tickets and settings stay on your device and are never sent to us. The App downloads public lottery results from the internet, reads ticket QR codes through Google's code scanner without having access to your camera, and shows advertising from Google AdMob, which collects the data described below.

2. Information processed

Your numbers and tickets (stored on your device only). Numbers you save from the number generator, dream or fortune features, tickets you register by scanning their QR code or by typing them in, your favourite combinations and your Pension Lottery 720+ tickets are saved in the App's private storage on your device, together with the draw they are for, how they were picked, whether you marked them as bought and the date they were saved.

App settings (stored on your device only). Your birth date and name, only if you choose to enter them, used solely to make fortune numbers on your device; text size; theme; your notification choices; and your acceptance of the Terms and of this policy.

Install ID (stored on your device only). A random identifier created when the App is first opened. It is used only as a seed for "today's lucky numbers" and is never sent anywhere.

Downloaded data (stored on your device only). A copy of draw results, prize information and winning-store information, kept so that the App can work offline.

None of the data above is sent to us or to any third party. If Android backup is turned on, it may be included in the backup of your own Google account.

Backup file. A backup file of your saved numbers is created only when you tap "Back up my numbers" in Settings, and is written to the location you pick (for example your phone's storage or a cloud drive). Restoring reads only the file you pick. Once created, the file is under your control and is subject to the policy of the storage service you chose.

QR code scanning. Ticket QR codes are read with the Google code scanner provided by Google Play services (ML Kit). The App has no camera permission and never receives camera images: Google Play services shows the camera view and returns only the text contained in the QR code, which the App processes on your device to read the ticket's draw number and numbers. Google Play services may send usage and diagnostic metrics about the scanner to Google (see https://developers.google.com/ml-kit/terms).

Network requests. To show results, the App downloads public winning numbers, prize information and winning-store information from the public website of the lottery operator (dhlottery.co.kr and qr.dhlottery.co.kr). These requests contain no personal information beyond what every internet request carries, such as your IP address and the type of device or browser, and those sites process it under their own policies.

Things you choose to open or share. When you open a store on a map, the store's name or address is passed to the map app or website you choose (for example Naver Map). When you share numbers, the text goes to the app you pick. When you call a helpline or open a website from the App, your phone or browser handles it.

Advertising data (collected by Google). The Google Mobile Ads SDK collects, for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention: the advertising ID, IP address (from which an approximate location is derived), device and app information, and how you interact with advertisements. Google LLC and its partners process this data as described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Emails. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and your message and use them only to reply to you.

Permissions. The App uses internet access and network state (to download results and show advertisements), notifications (only for the draw-result and sales-closing reminders you turn on in Settings; they are off by default and created on your device) and vibration (short haptic feedback). The App does not request location, contacts, storage, microphone or camera permission. We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos or audio.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Saving your numbers, tickets and settings, reading QR codes, downloading results and showing reminders: providing the functions you asked for (performance of the Terms you accepted).

Birth date and name: your choice to enter them. You can delete them at any time in Settings.

Advertising: your consent where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, collected through Google's consent message), otherwise our legitimate interest in funding a free App.

4. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell personal information. Advertising data is collected directly by Google LLC (USA) and may be processed in the United States and other countries where Google and its advertising partners operate, under the safeguards Google describes in its policies (including standard contractual clauses and the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable). Scanner metrics are processed by Google under the ML Kit terms. Under some laws, showing personalised advertising is treated as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising; you can opt out as described in section 6.

5. Retention

Your numbers, tickets, settings, install ID and downloaded data stay on your device until you delete them in the App, clear the App's data or uninstall the App (and, if backup is on, until the backup is deleted from your Google account). Backup files you created stay where you saved them until you delete them. Emails are kept only as long as needed to answer you. Google retains advertising data according to its own policies.

6. Your choices and rights

Your data: delete saved numbers and tickets in the App, clear your birth date and name in Settings, or delete everything by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it.

Notifications: turn the reminders on or off in Settings or in Android's notification settings.

Advertising choices: open "Ad privacy settings" in the App's Settings (where available) to change or withdraw consent; reset or delete your advertising ID, or turn off ad personalisation, in Android Settings > Google > Ads.

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Because we hold no personal information about you on any server, most requests are fulfilled on your own device; for data held by Google, use Google's tools. You can always contact us at the address below and we will answer within the period required by law.

7. Regional information

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland: the GDPR / UK GDPR rights in section 6 apply; you may complain to your local supervisory authority.

Republic of Korea: items processed, purposes and retention periods are those in sections 2, 3 and 5. Processing is entrusted or transferred overseas only as follows: recipient Google LLC (googlekrsupport@google.com); country: USA and other countries where Google operates; items: advertising ID, IP address, device information and ad interaction data, and, when you use the QR scanner, the scanner's usage and diagnostic information; time and method: transmitted over the network when advertisements are requested or the scanner is used; purpose: advertising delivery and measurement, and operating and improving the scanner; retention: according to Google's policy. You may refuse the advertising transfer by declining consent or turning off ad personalisation, in which case advertisements may be limited, and you can avoid the scanner by entering tickets by hand. Personal information is destroyed by deleting the App's data. Privacy officer and contact for complaints: Suki App Studio, sukiappstudio@gmail.com. Lottery tickets may not be sold to anyone under 19, and the App may not be used by anyone under 19.

United States (including California): we do not sell personal information for money. You may opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising through the choices in section 6. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Brazil: you have the rights listed in Article 18 of the LGPD and may contact the ANPD.

Japan: we handle personal information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information; advertising data is provided to Google LLC in the United States as described above.

India: you have the rights provided by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including the right to nominate and the right to grievance redressal through the contact below.

Russia, Vietnam: you have the rights provided by your national personal data law, including to withdraw consent and to request deletion.

8. Age and children

The App is meant for adults. In the Republic of Korea lottery tickets may not be sold to anyone under 19, and the App is not directed to children. Anyone under 19, or under the age at which lottery tickets may be bought in their country if that is higher, must not use the App. We do not knowingly process children's personal information. If you believe a minor has used the App, contact us.

9. Security

The App stores its data in the private storage that Android protects from other apps and downloads data over encrypted connections (HTTPS). A backup file is a plain text file, so keep it somewhere you trust.

10. Changes

We will post any update to this policy in the App and on its store page, with a new effective date, before the change takes effect.
