Saju Note Terms of Use

These terms set out the conditions for using the Saju Note app ("the app") provided by Suki App Studio ("we"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. What the app is
- The app shows saju charts, readings, fortunes, compatibility and a perpetual calendar based on traditional Korean Four Pillars practice, for entertainment and reflection.
- Readings and scores are not scientifically validated predictions. Please consult a professional before important decisions about health, law, money or career.
2. Price and ads
The app is free and supported by ads. Watching a rewarded ad to the end hides banner ads for 24 hours. If ads cannot load, every feature of the app still works.
3. Your responsibilities
- Get a person's consent before entering their birth details.
- Do not use results from the app to insult or discriminate against anyone.
- Do not reverse engineer the app or copy and distribute its content without permission, except where the law allows it.
4. Rights
We hold the rights to the app's design, text and software. Open-source software and data in the app are used under their own licenses, listed under "Open-source licenses" in Settings.
5. Limitation of liability
- We work to keep the calculations accurate, but we do not guarantee that the results fit any particular purpose.
- Charts are stored only on your phone, so we cannot recover them if the phone is lost or the app is removed. Please back up important charts with Export.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from decisions made in reliance on the app's results, except for losses caused by our intent or gross negligence.
6. Changes to the app and these terms
We may change the app's features or stop providing it. We will announce changes to these terms in the app and on this page at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes that are unfavorable to you.

7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are settled by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
