Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Pixel Press app ("the app"), provided by Suki App Studio ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them.
1. The service
The app compresses, resizes, converts and crops pictures, creates PDFs from pictures, saves PDF pages as images, and shows, edits and removes photo information. All processing takes place on your phone. The app is free and shows banner ads.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the pictures and documents you open in the app. Only open and change files you are allowed to use, and respect other people's copyright, privacy and personal data, including when you share files made with the app.
3. Results and backups
Compression and conversion can reduce picture quality, and removing or changing photo information cannot be undone in the new file. The app saves results as new files and leaves your originals unchanged, unless you choose "Replace original" in Photo info. Check results before you delete originals, and keep backups of files that matter to you.
4. Advertising
The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are subject to Google's own terms and policies; we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they lead to.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for anything illegal, to infringe the rights of others, or to reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work to make it reliable, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors, that it suits a particular purpose, or that results will meet a specific requirement (for example a form's file size or format rules).
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms. Important changes will be announced in the app with a new effective date. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
