Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mystic Lens mobile application (the "App") provided by Suki App Studio ("we", "us"). By tapping Start and using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What the App is
The App gives palm readings and face readings for entertainment. It looks at a photo of your palm or your face, measures visible features on your device (for example the lines of the palm, the hand shape and the proportions of the face) and shows how traditional palmistry and face reading (Western, Chinese, Korean and Japanese traditions) interpret those features. It can also compare two saved readings ("compatibility").
2. Entertainment, not fact or advice
Readings are traditional interpretations offered for fun and self-reflection. They are not scientific findings, predictions or guarantees, and they say nothing reliable about your future, your character, your health, your lifespan or your relationships. The App does not give medical, psychological, financial, legal or career advice and is not a substitute for a professional. Do not make important decisions based on a reading. Automatic detection can be wrong; you can correct many results yourself in the App.
3. Who may use the App
You must be at least 14 years old to use the App. If the law of your country sets a higher age for agreeing to these Terms or to the processing of your data (for example 16 in some European countries), you must have reached that age or have the consent of your parent or guardian.
4. Your photos and the photos of others
Use only photos of yourself, or photos of another person who has agreed to be read. Do not use the App to judge, rank or discriminate against anyone. Photos are analysed on your device and are not sent to us. If you share a reading card, you decide what you share and with whom; the App blurs fingertips on shared palm photos, but you remain responsible for what you share.
5. Your saved readings
Readings you make are saved only on your device, together with a reduced copy of the photo, so that you can open them again and compare them. You can delete one reading or all of them in the App at any time. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data also deletes them; we cannot restore them.
6. Advertising
The App is free, with no purchases or subscriptions, and is funded by advertising from Google AdMob. A banner may appear at the bottom of result, history and guide screens. Occasionally, a full-screen advertisement may appear when you leave a result and return to the home screen (never after your first reading, at most once per session and a few times per day). There are no advertisements on the camera and analysis screens. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements and are not responsible for the products or services they promote.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the App for unlawful purposes; use the App to harass or identify other people; interfere with or bypass the advertising or any security feature; reverse engineer the App except where the law permits it; or present readings to others as facts, diagnoses or professional advice.
8. Intellectual property
The App's software, texts, graphics and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Open-source components are used under their own licences, listed in the App. This licence ends when you stop using the App or breach these Terms.
9. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any detection or reading will be accurate. Any decision you take in connection with the App is yours alone.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on a reading. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Changes and termination
We may update the App or these Terms. Material changes will be announced inside the App or on its store page before they take effect. We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
