Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mine Clear mobile game (the "App") provided by Suki App Studio ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What the App is
The App is a casual single-player puzzle game that runs on your device. It keeps your progress, best scores and settings on your device. It has no accounts, no chat and no multiplayer features.
2. Who may use the App
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are below the age at which you can consent to the processing of your personal data where you live (for example 14 in the Republic of Korea or up to 16 in some European countries), you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Free app, advertising and licence
The App is free and has no in-app purchases. It is funded by advertising delivered by Google AdMob: a banner at the bottom of the screen, and now and then a full-screen ad between games. No advertisement is shown on top of the game board, and no advertisement interrupts a game unless you ask for one: after you hit a mine you may choose to watch a short video ad to continue, and after using your free hint to get another hint. This is optional; every board can be solved without hints, and nothing in the App requires it. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements and are not responsible for the products or services they promote.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the store you obtained it from. This licence ends when you stop using the App or breach these Terms.
4. Game progress
Your progress and scores are stored only on your device. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes. If you uninstall the App or clear its data without a backup, your progress is deleted and we cannot restore it. We may rebalance levels, scoring or features in updates.
5. Play safely
Take regular breaks, and do not play while driving, walking in traffic or doing anything that needs your attention. The App's sound and vibration effects can be turned off in Settings.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the App for unlawful purposes; interfere with, manipulate or bypass the advertising (for example by clicking advertisements artificially) or any security feature; or copy, modify or reverse engineer the App except where the law permits it.
7. Intellectual property
The App's software, puzzles, graphics, sounds and texts, including translations, are owned by us or our licensors. Open-source components are provided under their own licences. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of them to you.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, for lost progress, or for the App being unavailable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you, including liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Korea or another country with mandatory consumer protection, those protections continue to apply, and any provision of these Terms that conflicts with them applies only to the extent they allow.
10. Changes and termination
We may update the App, add or remove features, or change these Terms. Material changes to these Terms will be announced inside the App or on its store page before they take effect; if you continue to use the App after that, the updated Terms apply. We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
